ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
This International conference shall act as a forum to discuss the current issues and trends in research towards human capital development.
Research on Human Capital Development was established with a strong sense of commitment to serve the needs of interested parties in the field of Human Capital Development.
The conference provides a platform to engage participants in thinking about navigating challenges in Human Capital Development successfully.
We invite presentation of research projects in all sectors including sciences, engineering, medical, humanities, social science as well as methodological issues focus by researchers.
Presentation should be deliver in Malay or English.

2. Obtain similar understanding on what Human Capital Development is about and avoid incorrect conception of Human Capital Development.
3. Engage participant in simulated learning related to Human Capital Development process.
4. Share research finding in a related environment.

Papers submitted will be
peer-reviewed by two reviewers in a double-blinded manner and based on the
recommendations offered by the reviewers; the reviewer’s comments will be
informed to the authors.
The camera - ready manuscript, after incorporating the revision / comments, as recommended by the reviewers need to be submitted before the deadline.
